Klong Chao Bay, The Natural and historical Area

The white and pure sandy beach is the first attraction and charm of Klong Chao Beach. It is unbelivable that there is the canal flowing into the sea at this beach since the water is unspolited and looks very clear. Walking can be done from Tapao Beach to Klong Chao Beach. Klong Chao Waterfalls is also located not far from the beach.

Klong Chao Bay is quite a large community divided by Klong Chao Canal and the two portions are linked by the concrete bridge. Its feature is the white sandy beach strectching along the area. The beach is shaded with sunset. Behind the beach is the road to some important places and the western bays such as Ngam Kho Bay, Sai Daeng Beach and Bang Bao Beach. Or go to some eastern beaches like Salad Bay, the fisherman's village.

Far beyond Klong Chao Canel is the site of Klong Chao Waterfall, Koh Kood's waterfall of the historical past which can be reached by trekking along the sides of the canal or sailing. These are included in the resort's package tour. The boat will nearly reach the waterfall's site and proceed few distances by walking.

Klong Chao is so-called the most beautiful waterfall of Koh Kood though having only one level. The front has the large basin to be the fine and enjoyable swimming area for many tourists.

Klong Yai Ki Bay, Wonderfull Scenery, Attracting Beach and Beautiful Waterfall

Located at the west of Koh Kood is Klong Yai Ki Bay, The bay cut across by Klong Yai Ki Canal. Its outstanding beach is a good area for swimming or going offshore to dive, go to Klong Yai Ki Waterfall and enjoy the trip to the mangrove forest by kayaking, Ther is aresort at Klong Yai Ki Bay called Captain Hook Resort with compleate facilities fo nature exploration.

Klong Yai Ki Bay has the striking features not less than other bays and beach of Koh Kood. To visit Klong Yai Ki Bay is to see the wonderfull scenery including Koh Raed which lies not far from the shore, to touch the white clean beach and visit Klong Yai Ki Waterfall.

Klong Yai Ki Bay is passed by Klong Yai Ki Canal. Left of the bay is Captain Hook Resort, the only one resort here. Across the canal lies a long beach where swimming can be done. During low tide, you can walk to the other side of the canal. At the cape tip's stone yard is the waterfall is about 1.5 kms.

There is the 200 m walkway along Klong Yai Ki Canal to Klong Yai Ki waterfall is about 1.5 kms. Despite being a small waterfall, the large basin ahead is the tourists's favorite swimming area after bathing the sea.

Klong Ta Tin, Ta U, Mapud Bay, Three beautiful bay of different outstanding attractions

Klong Ta Tin Bay has the lonb beach of very clean and white sand, clear and colorful sea that can swim along the beach line. Klong Ta Tin Canal flows across the beach into the sea. Koh Mai Si as well as the wonderfull sunset view is seen from the beach. Any tourists can visit the beach only by boat makes the area full of privacy.

Ta U Bay rested near Mapud Bay with the small beach of good swimming area. The beach is also passed by a small canal while the resort is at the left and coconut trees shaded the other side. There are a few houses of villagers at the area, accessible only by boat. So, it is another beach of private atmosphere.

Mapud or Bon Bay (The Upper Bay), the bay of long beach that can swim along the beach line. Coral reef is found at the head of the bay as well as the giant clam (Genus tridacna) which are found here more than at other bays. The sunset view at Mapud Bay is marvelous. Koh Mai Si is seen from the beach. The beach is also the pier for the Sea Ball Spirit Cruise which will come to Thailand and board at this bay every year. Mupud Bay can be reached only by Boat. Ngam Kho Bay, Sai Daeng, Bang Bao Beach, Three Beautiful Beachs and three choices of Koh Kood's Touring Trips

Ngam Kho Bay, Located next to Klong Chao Beach. There is a small road up the hill side and down to Ngam Kho Bay. The distinctive feature of this bay is its very white and long beach which is good for swimming. In front of the bay is the pile of stone's in the sea which is the coral reef and a white pagoda rested on the stone's pile. This place can be reached at low tide. There is a small village near the beach, the peacful area of shady coconut trees and also the fine place to see beautiful sunset. Ngam Kho Bay is convenient to visit due to the accessed road that will also lead to other nearby beaches.

Sai Daeng Beach, Located closed to Ngam Kho Bay, between Ngam Kho Bay and Ban Bang Bao, the owner of the small beach where the sand has darker color than other beaches. So it was named Sai Daeng Beach ("the Red Beach"). The beach is a swimming area of delightful atmosphere, peace adn privacy.

Bang Bao Beach, Located near Laem Bang Bao and Ngam Kho Bay. It is the white sandy beach of curved shape looking like the crescent moon and has shallow water, suitable for swimming. The Beach during low tide looks very wide and white. It is another wonderful sunset scenery of Koh Kood. In front of the beach is full of coconut trees while Klong Bang Bao is behind. You can sail the kayak to see the mangrove forest.
